ICHS Board Membership
Thank you for your interest in joining the ICHS Board of Directors.
ICHS's Board of Directors is comprised of community members committed to the mission of helping the animals of Iowa County. This mission is critical to the animals and people that we serve, so it is very important to us to find a diverse and well-rounded group of volunteers to serve as board members.
Board members meet monthly, and also volunteer time to various committees in support of the shelter. The business of animal sheltering requires much more than just animal experience, and your personal and professional experience could greatly help make a difference to our organization's success.
We would love to hear from you about how your experience would benefit the many animals depending on us. Please take some time to review the documents below and our by-laws (click here). They will help you to understand what being an Iowa County Humane Society Board Member means. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact any of our current Board members.
